BAPTIST HEALTH Medical Center - Heber Springs became a part of the BAPTIST HEALTH family in 1997, offering comprehensive coverage for the citizens of Cleburne county and surrounding areas.

BHMC-HS is a growing healthcare facility, dedicated to delivering quality care by knowledgeable and experienced people. Fully accredited by the Joint Commision on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), BHMC-HS is one of five BAPTIST HEALTH hospitals in Arkansas.

A groundbreaking ceremony for a new hospital was held on April 20, 2006. The new 60,000 square foot facility will be located at 1800 Bypass Road, a more accessible and visible location on the east side of Heber Springs, serving Cleburne, Van Buren, Faulkner, Independence, White and Stone Counties.
